Patakaran sa Pag-video
We encourage our players to create videos using our game, such as playthrough or instructional videos. You are allowed to publish these videos on your website, YouTube, or other similar free-to-view video sharing services. You are not allowed to take assets from PokeMMO's client and distribute those separately.
You are free to monetize your videos on video sharing sites (e.g. through your own website or monetization programs of YouTube, Twitch.tv, Bilibili). Please do not ask us to respond to monetization complaints; point them to this page instead. We do not have the ability to respond to each request.
This policy can only apply to the content distributed with the PokeMMO client and the content contributed by our users as defined by the PokeMMO Terms of Service's clause 2e. If you include someone else's content in your video, such as music or copyrighted images, you will need to get permission from the owner.
Special "Real Money Trading" Rules for Game Streamers
Thanks for choosing PokeMMO to help entertain your audience. We recognize that some of our rules regarding "real money trading" may constrain your ability to reward your subscribers and followers, so special rules have been instated for entertainers:
- We do not allow directly trading items for money. This means that you can't give away items which directly correlate to the amount of money a person has donated to you. For example, subscriber tiers, "bits" for Twitch.tv, or viewer "levels" for Bilibili.
- We allow you to perform giveaways which are exclusive to your paid viewers. For example, if you want to perform a giveaway for all of your Tier 3 Subscribers, you're allowed to do that as long as all participants have an equal chance at winning.
You are also allowed to gate videos behind paywalls or other private subscription services to help monetize your content.
Special Botting Rules for "Twitch Plays" Game Streamers
"Twitch Plays" is a type of community event where a large amount of game stream viewers control a single in-game character. We have made an exception to the normal "Third-Party Software" / "Macro" / "Botting" rules to explicitly allow for this type of community event.
